Scanned images may be saved to several different formats including: .gif, .jpg, .tif, .bmp. Documents may be saved as either .txt or .doc.

Files can be sent to you by email or saved to floppy or CD and mailed. Originals will be returned unless you request differently.

Please follow all instructions below when placing your order. Southfield Design is not responsible for incorrectly processing orders with incomplete or wrong information.

Include the following information with your order:

1. Check or money order payable to Southfield Design for the full amount (see price list below)
2. Name, address and phone number
3. How you want your files returned (email, floppy or CD)
4. If you would like us to post your picture(s), how many pictures and for how long
5. E-Mail address and/or return address information
6. File type: photos - gif, jpg, tif, bmp; documents - .txt, .doc
7. Specify picture size if other then same as original. (Large or panoramic pictures will be reduced for viewing on the web unless otherwise requested.)
8. You must specifically request that your photo(s), document(s) or tape(s) NOT be returned to you. On request we can keep them on file for you. If this request is not made we will automatically return all materials to you (see price list for cost of returning a tape)
